Installation&Training
We will send professional engineer to your factory to install the machine and teaching your operator untill they can well operate the machine .Otherwise, you can also send an engineer to our company to study the installation and training.
After sales service
1.Remote service and monitor system
Last year, we upgraded our control system into Germany Beckhoff control system. It has the function of remote service and monitor. By this way , we can help you solve the problem at first time.
2.If some problems we can't solve it with the remote service and monitor system,we will send an engineer to your company to solve it ASAP
3.Our engineer will do the regular revisit to our customer each year for maintaining and further training.We send engineers to customer's company every year.
